IMMUNOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN FIRST DETECTED PATIENTS

Resume

Throughout the world, the epidemiological situation with regard to tuberculosis remains difficult. We have studied the immunobiological properties of the organism in newly diagnosed patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The study showed that in the examined patients the concentration of cytokines – TNF-α, is lower in patients with relapses, CRP in both groups of patients is increased, VGF is lower in patients newly diagnosed in patients with relapses.
