Resume

In young football players, sports professionalism is largely conditioned by such factors as weight, body length, special physical performance, speed-strength qualities and agility. Special physical performance is an expression of a person’s vital activity, which is based on movement. This is expressed in various forms of muscle activity, and this, in turn, depends on the weakness and motivation of a person for professional work. Morphological indicators weight, height, chest girth, somatotype, total body size and proportions significantly affect special physical performance, sports activity, as well as the choice of sports specialization.

Key words: special physical performance, somatity, young football players, morpho-phenotype, playing role.
