Resume

Urolithiasis is one of the main diseases that have shaped the discipline of urology and have long been known to mankind. Despite the recent advances in helping patients with urolithiasis, problems associated with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of urolithiasis remain to this day. The incidence of urolithiasis (UL) in the world is at least 3% and continues to gradually increase. At the same time, almost 40% of patients experience a relapse of stone formation within three years if no preventive measures are taken. It should be noted that the age of onset of the disease is becoming younger and younger, and the sex ratio is almost equal (until recently, men predominated). We analyzed data on the prevalence and incidence of UL among the entire population of Uzbekistan for the period from 2000 to 2022. The data are based on official statistics of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. We studied the prevalence and annual primary incidence of CDI among the adult and pediatric population in various regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2000 to 2022 and analyzed the dynamics of primary incidence and prevalence. A comparative analysis of indicators in various regions and areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan was carried out.
