Resume

40 patients (24 men, 16 women) with chronic renal failure were examined at the Khorezm regional multidisciplinary medical center in the nephrology department of the internal diseases of the Urgench branch of TMA. It was revealed that 77.5% of patients with chronic renal failure have impaired excretory function of the stomach, 85% have normal and reduced acid-forming (secretory) function of the stomach. When additionally prescribed to conventional treatment in patients with chronic renal failure, plantain juice, by increasing the secretory, motor-evacuation and excretory functions of the stomach, improves the general condition of patients, reduces symptoms of intoxication, increases the bactericidal function of the stomach and increases the removal of final harmful substances from the body. products of exchange.
