Resume

Acquired secondary immunodeficiency in children under one year of age is mainly manifested against the background of infectious diseases. In particular, secondary response reactions of all blood vessels in sepsis, septicemias, blocking of the MALT structure causes ulcerative necrotic inflammations in all mucous membranes, secondary fungal infections are added to the process, and children develop severe aphthous stomatitis in the mucous membrane of the oral cavity. As a result, a severe wounding of the mucous membrane causes the Pirogov-Walder ring, which is the first link of the MALT system, to dislocate.
