Resume
The purpose of the study. Improvement of nosological diagnostics of statodynamic disorders in patients. Materials and methods: materials of 75 patients, mostly women, were studied (e:a=1:1.7 ), whose average age was 42.2 [34.2; 52.5] years. The criteria for inclusion of patients in the study were as follows: age 18 and older; patients with complaints of dizziness and instability as the main reason for contacting a neurologist. Results: differential diagnosis of chronic forms of statodynamic disorders (lasting more than 1 month) should be based on a combination of the most important tests (assessment of nystagmus, test for impulse head movements, positional and coordination tests, Romberg test, Thevenard test, study of smooth eye movement and sensitivity of the mucous membrane of the lower parts)., with a probability of at least 83%, which allows you to study one of the (videonystagmography, neuroimaging, laboratory tests). Conclusion: the basis of statodynamic dysfunction is a violation of the coordinated activity of the nerve centers of the brain responsible for maintaining balance (left thalamus, cerebral column, cerebellum, upper part of the vertebral column (planum polare) on the left, insular cortex (short part) on the right, upper frontal gyrus on the left), which leads to the development of various clinical variants
Keywords: statodynamic disorders, videonystagmography, neuroimaging.
