PREVALENCE OF HYPERTENSIVE NEPHROPATHY IN WOMEN OF FERTILITY AGE WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Resume

According to the criteria for identifying chronic kidney diseases, 34 cases of hypertensive nephropathy (GN) were identified in our study. As a result of studying the main risk factors for the development of GN, the following were identified: increased low-density lipoprotein levels, increased systolic blood pressure, increased body mass index, early onset of arterial hypertension and long-term course. Also, signs of impaired renal function were identified such as an increase in the glomerular filtration rate, a decrease in the osmolar density of urine, a decrease in kidney volume, and an increase in echogenicity.
