Ko'pincha katarakta bilan og'rigan bemorlarni oldin penetratsion keratoplastikadan o'tkazgan bemorlarni operatsiya qilish kerak. Hozirgi vaqtda bunday bemorlarni boshqarishning ikkita strategiyasi mavjud. Bitta strategiya - bu ketma-ket protsedura bo'lib, unda keratoplastikadan keyin katarakt jarrohligi amalga oshiriladi.Ikkinchi strategiya - bir bosqichli penetratsion keratoplastika, kataraktning ekstrakapsulyar ekstraktsiyasi yoki fakoemulsifikatsiyasi va IOL implantatsiyasidan iborat uch tomonlama protsedura. Zamonaviy adabiyot ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, ketma-ket usul IOLning optik kuchini hisoblashda yuqori aniqlikka ega. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi penetratsion keratoplastikadan (PKP) keyin katarakt jarrohligining refraktsion natijalarini baholashdir. Materiallar va usullar. SKP dan keyin bemorlarda kataraktning sakkizta holati tahlil qilindi. IOL Barrett Universal 2 formulasi yordamida hisoblab chiqilgan. Natijalar. O'rganilgan barcha holatlarda ob'ektivni almashtirgandan so'ng maqsadli sinishiga erishildi, shundan xulosa qilish mumkinki, bu formuladan shox parda transplantatsiyasi bo'lgan bemorlarda foydalanish mumkin.
