Resume

Improvement of dental implantation techniques is impossible without improving the results of restoring the volume of alveolar bone tissue of the jaws. To do this, various methods of reconstructive interventions are used, the result of which should be an increased or restored bone volume necessary for optimal positioning and full functioning of implants, based on their number and size, as well as the possibility of correcting the condition of mobile and immobile soft tissues in the implantation zone. This article is devoted to a critical analysis of modern methods of implantological treatment in complex anatomical conditions that have developed due to significant bone atrophy.
