Resume

The penetration of M. tuberculosis into the body causes a complex of immunological reactions caused by a specific inflammatory reaction to the pathogen. As a result of the interaction of micro- and macroorganisms, for example, an infiltrative, specific process limited to the lungs - tuberculosis. The study of some immunological reactions in patients with different forms of tuberculous inflammatory process was previously carried out by some researchers.

Key words: tuberculosis, quality of microbiological studies, drug resistance, multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, widely drug-resistant tuberculosis.
