FEATURES OF DISORDERS OF THE BLOOD COAGULATION SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE LEUKEMIA DURING CHEMOTHERAPY

Resume
Today, all biochemical reactions of the blood coagulation system are known and the activity of almost all these factors can be measured by standard tests, but all these homogeneous tests are far from the biophysical characteristics of the system. Only integral hemostasis tests, in which the coagulation process in vitro practically imitates all stages of the thrombus formation process in vivo, provide a balanced and sensitive assessment of all stages of the process. Therefore, global hemostasis tests, such as thromboelastography (TEG), thrombin generation test (TGT) and thrombodynamics (TD), are increasingly used in clinical practice. TD most closely imitates the situation in vivo. Another disease accompanied by a state of hypercoagulation is acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It is known that pediatric patients with all have a risk of developing thrombosis up to 73%. However, the exact mechanisms and molecular causes of increased thrombotic risk in these patients remain poorly understood, and no coagulation tests have been found that could adequately assess the state of the hemostasis system in these pathologies.
