Resume
The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated a reevaluation of approaches to managing women with gynecological diseases, presenting new challenges and opportunities for the healthcare system. In the post-COVID period, it is crucial to implement comprehensive strategies such as integrating multidisciplinary teams to improve coordination and quality of care, optimizing anticoagulant therapy with regular monitoring to minimize the risk of thromboembolic complications, and expanding the use of telemedicine to enhance the accessibility of medical services. The development of educational programs aimed at actively involving patients in managing their health is also an essential part of this strategy, as it contributes to better treatment outcomes. Additionally, there is a need to optimize patient routing and logistics and to implement new financing models to support these approaches. This article analyzes current strategies, their advantages and disadvantages, provides practical recommendations for improving medical care, and outlines directions for future research aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and resilience of the healthcare system in the post-COVID period.
Keywords: post-COVID period, gynecological diseases, multidisciplinary approach, anticoagulant therapy, telemedicine, optimization of medical care, educational programs.
