FEATURES OF THE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE PLACENTA IN COVID-19

Resume
In the article, the author defines the features of pathomorphological studies of SARS-CoV-2 complicated by fetoplacental insufficiency. The results showed histopathology characteristic of vascular malperfusion of the maternal and fetal surfaces of the placenta, as well as other signs of placental insufficiency, were more often found in women affected by SARS-CoV-2 compared with the control group.
