Resume

The article presents the results of the evaluation of clinical and ultrasound manifestations of small forms of endometriosis in women with infertility. It was found that patients with endometriosis-associated infertility more often indicated an early onset of menarche and longer menstruation, often combined with primary dysmenorrhea, endometrial hyperplasia, inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs against the background of STIs, gastrointestinal diseases, allergic reactions, surgical interventions on the pelvic organs. Abnormal uterine bleeding in the form of heavy menstrual bleeding, intermenstrual spotting, pain syndrome, hyperprolactinemia dominated among the complaints. The establishment of the 1-2 stage of endometriosis, ultrasound indicators changed their significance depending on the location of endometrioid heterotopias. The best results of noninvasive diagnosis of endometriomas were obtained with localization of the lesion in the ovary. The least informative noninvasive diagnosis is in the peritoneal location of endometrioid foci.
