Resume

Intestinal yersiniosis is an infectious disease caused by human pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica, with a fecal-oral transmission mechanism, which belongs to the world's widespread acute intestinal diseases. It is characterized by polymorphism of clinical manifestations: intoxication, fever, damage to the gastrointestinal tract, skin, musculoskeletal system and other organs, has a tendency to exacerbations, relapses and chronization of the process. Almost everywhere in our country, cases of yersiniosis are not registered, since diagnosis is very difficult, but in some regions there is an uneven spread of infection.
