Resume

The purpose of the study: to study significant changes in the hemostasis system in women with preeclampsia. Materials and methods: We studied the state of the hemostasis system in 100 pregnant women with preeclampsia and in 30 women with physiological pregnancy in the third trimester. We studied the platelet, procoagulant link of blood coagulation inhibitors and the fibrinolytic link of the hemostasis system. Results: The hemostasis system indicators in pregnant women with preeclampsia in the third trimester differ significantly from those in women with physiological pregnancy. A significant decrease in the mean platelet count was found in women with severe preeclampsia compared to healthy pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy (161.2±9.6 ×109/l and 193.5±8.7 ×109/l) (P<0.05). Conclusions: an increase in the functional activity of platelets, which disrupt microcirculation, increase capillary permeability, and also accumulation in the blood due to the release of platelet factors, underlie hemostatic disorders in preeclampsia.

Key words: preeclampsia, platelets, fibrinogen.
