Resume

In most cases, surgery on hematological patients has to be performed on weakened, exhausted, anemic patients with pronounced changes in the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. In order to determine the disorders of vital organs in hematologic patients subject to surgical treatment, the medical records of 108 patients undergoing splenectomy with various hematologic diseases were studied. Impaired functional state of the liver in patients undergoing surgery was detected in 40 (36.8%) patients, cardiovascular system disorders were detected in 57 (52%) patients, hemostasis disorders were detected in 63 (58%) patients, and anemic syndrome was detected in 58 (%) patients. These changes in the organism of patients require special measures for preoperative preparation of hematologic patients for surgical intervention.
