STUDYING THE MEDICAL APPLICATION OF CHITOSAN AND ITS DERIVATIVES

Resume

The article discusses the areas of application of chitosan and its derivatives in medicine, areas of use of a silver complex solution of chitosan, the properties of the antibacterial activity of chitosan against microbes, the property of fiber formation, artificial leather from chitosan, chitosan-collagen polymer.

Key words: chitin, chitosan, dead bee Apis Mellifera, N-acetylglucosamine, N-acetylmannosamine, N-acetylgalactosamine, glucosamine.
