Resume
The article presents data on the study of the relationship between the levels of aldosterone and renin with indicators of inflammatory markers (CRP), fibrinogen and D-dimer in hypertension in patients with a history of COVID-19. As a result, it was found that high levels of renin and aldosterone in hypertension indicate the activation of RAS, the greatest severity of which is noted in the group of patients with postcovid syndrome (P<0.01). Evaluation of the relationship of aldesterone and renin in patients with GB with CRP, fibrinogen and D-dimer showed medium and strong positive associations. Patients with volume-dependent GB have higher rates of CRP (P<0.01), whereas with renin-dependent GB, significantly high rates of fibrinogen and D-dimer (P<0.01) were found
