Resume

Primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas (PCВCL) are a heterogeneous group of neoplasms with distinct biology and clinical course. They usually appear as purple, erythematous plaques and nonulcerated nodules that are localized to the skin at the time of appearance. We present an unusual case of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma clinically mimicking sarcoma. This case highlights the unusual aggressive behavior and ulcerated pattern of nodular lesions seen in PCВCL.

Key words: B-cell lymphomas, skin, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, sarcoma
