Resume
Purpose: to improve the results of treatment of patients with diabetic gangrene of the legs against the background of chronic kidney failure (scheduled hemodialysis). Materials and methods: In this research, the results of surgical treatment of 147 patients with diabetic gangrene of the legs on the background of scheduled hemodialysis were analyzed, in which various surgical operations were performed on the legs. The patients underwent inpatient treatment in the purulent surgery department of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2016-2023. Results: In patients with diabetic gangrene of the legs against the background of chronic renal failure (comparison group (n= 79)), the occlusion of the shin arteries was 58.1%. Hemodynamically significant stenoses in the arterial basins of the calf and joint damage of the leg arteries occur in 25.6% and 16.2%, respectively (r>0.05). Conclusion: In DFS leg gangrene of the paw occurrence and development in etiopathogenesis the paw of the foot arterial little i volume and blood rotation violation to cover opportunity point of view from the point of view , the back is a big ball artery plays a key role because back artery al basin isolated Purulent - necrotic on the foot paw of the process probability of occurrence is equal to 59.9% ( r > 0.05).
