THE BASIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PATHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

Sultonova D.B. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

This review article is devoted to the relationship between biochemistry and pathology, since the development of all pathological conditions is based on disturbances in the structure and function of molecules, as well as on intermolecular interactions. In clinical practice, molecular metabolism disorders are manifested in the form of an increase or decrease in the concentration of certain metabolic components in biological fluids. These can be intermediate or final metabolites. Changes in their concentration and the presence of characteristic clinical signs are evaluated for disorders in a certain part of the metabolic pathway.
