Resume
This study investigates changes in cellular immunity in fetuses with hemolytic disease in the context of Rh sensitization during pregnancy. Significant decreases in CD3+ and CD4+ T-helper cells and increases in CD8+ and CD16+ cytotoxic lymphocytes were observed in the II and III trimesters. The reduction in CD20+ B-lymphocytes is associated with bone marrow insufficiency. The findings suggest that active cytotoxic processes may contribute to the development of severe immunodeficiency in the fetus.
Key words: Rh-immunization, hemolytic disease of the fetus, T-lymphocytes CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD20+ B-lymphocytes, immunoregulatory index, II, III trimester.
