Resume

In the conditions of high and increasing dental morbidity of children, the targeted reduction of the pathology level by means of preventive measures, treatment of caries and its complications, periodontal tissue diseases, dento-mandibular anomalies within the framework of the programme of state guarantees of free medical care for the population is of particular relevance. Early extraction of temporary and permanent teeth is a significant etiological factor in the formation of deformities of dental rows, and along with the development of morphological and functional disorders leads to changes in speech aesthetics and articulation.
