Resume

Research Objective: To improve the treatment of traumatic injuries of the oral mucosa during orthodontic therapy, the following materials and methods were used. Materials and Methods:1.Clinical studies.2.Laboratory methods.3.Histological analysis.4.Treatment methods.5.Monitoring and evaluation.6Statistical analysis of research results. Conclusions:An integrated approach is essential for the effective treatment of traumatic injuries of the oral mucosa during orthodontic therapy. The study identified the main causes of traumatic injuries (mechanical impact and improper installation of orthodontic devices). Local and systemic therapeutic methods significantly accelerated the regeneration processes of the mucosa. The possibility of optimizing the treatment process by improving the design of orthodontic devices was demonstrated. The study results contribute to increasing the overall efficiency of orthodontic therapy and positively impact patients' quality of life.
