POSSIBILITIES OF MONITORING MICROCIRCULATION DISORDERS IN TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY AND ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENTS

Makhmanazarov O.M. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Akhtyamov A.A. - Bukhara branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care Uzbekistan

Resume

The article presents an analytical review of the literature on the role of microcirculation disorders in the development of TBI, the importance of microcirculation monitoring, in particular, in terms of the probable prognosis of multiple organ failure. The main directions of diagnostics and correction of microcirculatory disorders are determined in both the form of direct methods of influencing microcirculation (infusion therapy) and indirect methods (influencing the components of the systemic inflammatory response with expansion to correction of microcirculation).

Key words: TBI, multiple organ failure, methods of assessment and correction of microcirculation
