Resume
The composition of the blood depends on many factors. Its mineral composition directly depends on the type and composition of minerals that enter the bloodstream. The mineral composition of the blood is a factor that maintains its osmotic pressure, a change in which can lead to negative consequences. The mineral composition of the blood can change with different diets, depending on the season, when different minerals are additionally introduced into the body. In this article, we analyzed the changes in blood mineral content with the addition of table salt based on the literature.
