Resume

This article analyzes the pathomorphological changes in congenital bronchial anomalies in newborns. These morphological changes in the airways are related to disruptions in their normal formation, indicating developmental abnormalities. Genes such as SHH (Sonic Hedgehog) and FGFR2 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2) interact to regulate the segmentation and branching of the airways. Genetic mutations and disruptions in these signaling pathways are the main factors contributing to the pathomorphological development of congenital bronchial anomalies. Understanding the identification of congenital bronchial anomalies and their pathomorphological changes is crucial for the treatment and prevention of respiratory system diseases. These studies provide essential information for diagnosing pathomorphological anomalies in children and developing therapeutic treatment approaches.

Key words: congenital bronchial anomalies, pathomorphology, hypoplasia, agenesis, dysgenesis, SHH (Sonic Hedgehog), FGFR2 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2), molecular signaling, genetic mutations, airways, developmental disorders, newborns, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention, children.
