Resume

In chronic heart failure developed on the basis of rheumatic heart defects, inflammatory processes are long and hidden. The article compares renal hemodynamics before and after treatment in patients with chronic heart failure developed on the basis of rheumatic heart defects and ischemic heart disease. The analysis showed that resistance index is high in rheumatic heart defects. After the standard treatment with addition of sodium glucose cotransporter type 2 inhibitors in patients, the decrease of resistance index led to positive changes in kidney function. Correlations between the resistance index and a number of kidney markers were also studied.

Key words: rheumatic defects, chronic heart failure, kidney hemodynamics.
