Resume

An experimental reproduction of craniocerebral trauma in white mongrel rats was carried out using a device for simulating a road traffic accident with the induction of craniocerebral trauma in experimental white rats. Changes in the structural and functional parameters of the adrenal glands were determined in acute craniocerebral trauma without correction for 1 day. Changes in the weight and shape of the adrenal glands were noted. Changes in the capsule, subcapsular space, vessels, layers of the adrenal gland, and the size of adrenocorticocytes were noted.
