Resume

The purpose of this study was an experimental comprehensive study of the effectiveness of medications in the treatment of chronic nicotine intoxication, accompanied by pathological changes in the esophageal mucosa. To achieve this goal, 70 laboratory rats were included in the experiment and divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group received therapy using Super Omega and Mumie-LIK, aimed at restoring the morphological and functional parameters of the esophageal mucosa damaged by chronic exposure to nicotine-containing products. The results of the study demonstrated that chronic nicotine intoxication leads to significant pathological changes in the esophagus, including increased wall thickness, epithelial hyperplasia, and impaired microcirculation. Mumiyo-LIK therapeutic agents provided partial restoration of morphological parameters, reducing the thickness of the esophageal wall to 81% of normal and practically normalizing the thickness of the mucous membrane. And Super Omega therapeutic agents showed a less pronounced effect in reducing inflammatory changes, but turned out to be more effective in maintaining regenerative processes.
