Resume
Analysis results showed that the frequency of deletion of the genetic marker GSTM1 in the main group of patients was 3.7 times higher than in the control group (χ2=15.6; P=0.01; OR=3.7; 95% CI: 1.93-7 Molecular-genetic studies of our clinical material were conducted in the departments of molecular medicine and cell technology, as well as in the laboratory of medical genetics of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
