OPTIMIZATION OF METHODS FOR RESTORING REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION IN WOMEN WITH INFERTILITY CAUSED BY INTRAUTERINE SYNECHIA

In this article, a gel that reduces intrauterine contact is applied in order to reduce the risk of developing relapses in patients who have undergone hysteroscopic adgesiolysis, which is carried out to treat infertility caused by intrauterine synechias. Intrauterine synechia is a serious disease that has maintained its relevance in recent years as the main cause of infertility. Based on the origin of intrauterine synechias, has been identified for intrauterine scraping , cesarean section, chronic inflammatory diseases and diagnostic and curative hysteroscopy practices. After the practice of hysteroscopic adgeziolysis during the study in order to eliminate these problems, 50.0 mg sodium hyaluronate and 25 in the composition of the uterine cavity. High results were achieved when 0 mg carboxycellulose retaining gel was injected immediately after surgery, or within 7 days.
