Resume

No methods have been developed to improve pathogenetically based comprehensive treatment of the type of odontogenic purulent-inflammatory disease in children who often suffer from various diseases, as well as indications and contraindications for use, depending on the specific case. Therefore, improving the comprehensive treatment of odontogenic purulent-inflammatory diseases in frequently ill children is considered one of the urgent scientific and practical problems of medicine.

Key words: premorbid background, odontogenic purulent-inflammatory diseases, cytological examination methods, salivation, mucous and necrotic tissues.
