Resume

Objective: To study the features of late biochemical changes in rats with nephrolithiasis on the background of androgen deficiency. The average ALT level in the control group was 41.78 U/l. Differences were observed in the groups with nephrolithiasis: The levels were higher in males and females (62.64 and 47.81 units/l, respectively). Elevated ALT levels indicate a possible increase in liver strain in animals with nephrolithiasis. In the intact group, the average AST level was 140.13 U/l.
