Resume

An objective quantitative assessment of the rehabilitation potential of a child with a traumatic brain disease in the dynamics of rehabilitation treatment makes it possible to individualize the plan of rehabilitation measures, determine the main controllable points of influence, evaluate the effectiveness and possible reasons for the insufficient effectiveness of the patient’s rehabilitation treatment.

The use of nootropics in complex rehabilitation in accordance with the rehabilitation potential in the ongoing rehabilitation in children with previous TBI is significantly more effective than classical rehabilitation both in neurological, psychological, cognitive terms, and in terms of the child’s quality of life.
