Resume

Ulcerative gastroduodenal bleeding remains one of the leading causes of emergency surgery. This paper examines the effectiveness of minimally invasive combined endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of this pathology. The analysis of clinical data of patients who underwent a combined hemostasis technique, including injection therapy, mechanical and thermocoagulation treatment. The results obtained confirm the high efficiency of the method in reducing the frequency of relapses and improving survival rates. The introduction of minimally invasive combined techniques, including injection, mechanical and thermal treatment, demonstrates promising results in clinical practice.
