Resume

A comprehensive examination of 53 patients with stable coronary heart disease was conducted. Among those examined, 39 (73.58%) were men, 14 (26.41%) were women, the average age was 55.8 ± 8.8 years. The results of the study showed a difference in the variability of blood pressure (at night), as well as the rate of morning blood pressure rise between patients with severe and moderate forms of OSA, that obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is a cause that aggravates the course of cardiovascular pathology, ultimately leading to pathological remodeling of the heart.

Key words: ischemic heart disease, arterial hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
