Resume

The article presents the results of a clinical-laboratory and hemodynamic study of patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and a combined pathology of AH with ischemic heart disease (IHD). A total of 78 patients were examined and divided into two groups: patients with isolated AH (Group I) and patients with AH and IHD (Group II). The analysis included the duration of the disease, hemodynamic parameters, general and biochemical blood composition, and hemostatic system indicators. It was found that the combination of AH with IHD is associated with significant changes in blood flow velocity, an increase in inflammatory markers, activation of the coagulation cascade, and alterations in lipid profiles. The obtained data emphasize the importance of the duration of AH as a predictor of IHD development and the need for early detection of changes to improve patient outcomes
