Resume

This article analyzes the clinical course of purulent surgical diseases in patients with diffuse toxic goiter and diabetes mellitus, as well as treatment methods. According to the study results, traditional surgical approaches that do not consider metabolic disorders may lead to delayed wound healing. Comprehensive therapy, including the restoration of hormonal and metabolic balance, ensured faster wound healing. These findings highlight the need to implement new approaches for treating purulent surgical diseases in the presence of diffuse toxic goiter and diabetes mellitus.

Keywords: diffuse toxic goiter, diabetes mellitus, purulent surgical diseases, metabolic disorders, comprehensive therapy, microcirculation, immunity, epithelialization.
