Resume

Analyzed the clinical and laboratory parameters of the acid-base state during cardiac surgery in children with CHD. The authors examined 60 children with congenital heart disease who were in the cardiac surgery department of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute for the period 2020-2021. The acid-base state and gas composition of blood in children with CHD during cardiac surgery using various types of anesthesia revealed significant changes depending on the choice of treatment methods and means in the age aspect.
