Resume

Research in order to timely prevent reproductive system disorders in adolescent girls and women of early reproductive age, a number of measures have been developed and put into practice aimed at predicting reproductive system disorders, laboratory and ultrasound standards; in girls and women of early reproductive age, it has been proven that there is a significant relationship between hormonal markers (FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, AMH, testosterone) and lipid spectrum, optical density of blood serum, methodological recommendations have been developed; The relationship between the features of metabolic and hormonal disorders in adolescent girls and the prognosis of reproductive function disorders has been scientifically proven.
