Resume

In order to study the effectiveness of radiation research methods in the complex diagnosis of tuberculosis of kidney and urinary tract, 102 patients with tuberculosis of the kidneys, who underwent a comprehensive clinical, laboratory, and instrumental examination, were examined. It was found that clear radiation signs of renal tuberculosis were detected on echotomograms of the kidney in 63.6% of the cases, on excretory urograms in 49.4% and on computed tomographic urography in 73.9% of the cases. The use of radiation methods is recommended for the diagnosis and determination of surgical treatment tactics of the patients with renal tuberculosis.
