Resume

Chronic headaches, including migraine, cluster headache, and chronic tension-type headache, have a significant impact on patients' daily lives. In this study, an analysis was conducted based on the HURT index, CPAQ-R questionnaire, and VASH scale to assess pain level, pain acceptance, and treatment effectiveness. According to the results, pain levels significantly decreased after treatment in all groups. Although pain acceptance improved in the chronic tension-type headache and migraine without aura groups, less change was observed in the cluster headache group. The HURT index results showed a decrease in headache days and its impact on social life in all groups, but differences were noted in the group with chronic headache, indicating the need for long-term follow-up. The results of the study are important for understanding the relationship between pain acceptance and treatment effectiveness. They also confirm the need to individualize pain acceptance and treatment tactics in chronic headache types.
