Among closed abdominal injuries, spleen injury occurs in 17.7-30.4% of cases, and in 40.0% of cases with combined abdominal injury. A characteristic feature of recent decades is a change in the structure of injuries, an increase in the severity of injuries, mainly due to an increase in the proportion of combined and multiple injuries, the frequency of which reaches 53.0-70.0%. This category of injuries is characterized by high mortality and disability, respectively 50.3% and 74.5%. Among the closed abdominal injuries, ruptures of the spleen account for 16-30%. Our methods of conservative adequate hemostasis for spleen injuries were effective in 93.3% of cases. There were no complications or deaths associated with the use of conservative therapy and video laparoscopic techniques.Our methods of conservative adequate hemostasis for spleen injuries were effective in 93.3% of cases.
