Resume

The aim of the study was to study the effectiveness of the action of the new amino acid blood substitute on the indicators of the general analysis of blood and bone marrow during protein starvation. On 120 male rats weighing from 180 to 200 g (n = 120), the protein starvation model was reproduced. After keeping the animals of the main group for 10 days on a protein-free diet, starting from the eleventh day, they were injected intraperitoneally with blood substitutes at a dose of 10 ml / kg of body weight for 10 days, after which the animals were slaughtered and blood taken for research. The research showed that the new amino acid blood substitute effectively restores the indicators of the general analysis of blood and bone marrow, not inferior in effectiveness to the preparation “Infezol 40”.
