Resume
The article presents an analysis of modern methods of diagnosis and rehabilitation of metabolic syndrome with the identification of their effectiveness and the identification of promising areas for the development of personalized programs for teachers. Particular attention is paid to the role of innovative technologies, psychological correction and multidisciplinary approaches in improving the quality of life of teachers. An analysis of current research has shown that traditional treatments for metabolic syndrome, such as diet and physical activity, remain effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications and improving metabolic performance. However, their lack of adaptation to the individual characteristics of patients limits long-term adherence to treatment and reduces the overall effectiveness of therapy.
Key words: metabolic syndrome, personalized diagnostics, rehabilitation, teachers, physical activity, stress management, transcranial magnetic stimulation, low-frequency electrostatic field, nutritional support, cognitive behavioral therapy, digital technologies, genetic markers.
