Resume

Endovascular treatment of cerebral blood vessel aneurysms has become a widely used method in neurosurgery. This article discusses the efficacy and safety of endovascular therapy in patients with brain aneurysms. The main aspects of such treatment are considered, including diagnostic methods, the choice of the optimal treatment approach and the advantages of this method. The results of research and clinical observations confirming the effectiveness of endovascular therapy in the treatment of cerebral blood vessel aneurysms and its importance in modern neurosurgery are presented.
