Resume

In order to study the effectiveness of research methods in the complex diagnosis of tuberculosis of the female genital organs, 382 women with primary infertility were examined. It was found that in women who were diagnosed with tuberculosis of the genitals, primary infertility was detected in 73.2% of the cases. To verify the diagnosis of tuberculosis of the female genital organs, it is necessary to perform a comprehensive examination, which includes clinical and laboratory examination, hysterosalpingography, echography, and laparoscopy with biopsy. The high informative value of the GeneXpert MTB/RIF molecular genetic method has been proven in the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the diagnosis of tuberculosis of the female genital organs.

Key words: tuberculosis of the female genital organs, infertility diagnosis, microbiological methods, hysterosalpingography.
