Resume
319 patients aged 19-60 years with HСV infection were under observation, including 110 (34.5%) male patients and 209 (65.5%) women. All patients were under dispensary supervision in polyclinics of the Bukhara region. The first genotype of the virus was detected in 63.9% (n=204) patients, 0.5% (n=18) the second genotype; 21.9% (n=70) the third genotype, 0.8% (n=27) the fourth genotype. Before antiviral therapy in the main group of patients, fibrosis F0 was detected in 22 (20%), F1 in 30 (27%), F2 in 36 (31.8%), and F3 in 23 (21%) patients. Fibrosis F4 stage was noted in 2 (0.2%) patients. With the use of antiviral therapy, an early virological response was noted in 204 (100%) patients, of which 200 (98%) patients confirmed the absence of recurrence of HСV RNA viremia, a rapid virological response was noted in 195 (95.6%) patients. In parallel with the improvement of the results of HСV antiviral therapy, there was also a decrease in the progression of liver fibrosis.
Keywords: HСV infection, elastometry, antiviral therapy, carcinoma, treatment dynamics.
